Unique Projects

Unique Projects is a fiscal sponsorship program that allows artists and projects to access certain benefits of a tax-exempt organization, including tax-deductible donations for individual donors, applying for funding from government grant makers, foundations and corporations, and access to Materials for The Arts.
Unique Projects is ideal for unincorporated artists with project-specific fundraising goals, as well as entities that are not tax-exempt but who have projects for which they legally are able to seek tax-deductible donations.

Fees to participate in Unique Projects are affordable and set with sensitivity to the financial challenges faced by the performing arts sector.

Benefits & Pricing

  • Ability to solicit tax-deductible donations; processing of individual donations, including issuance of receipts for tax purposes.

ONE OF The lowest rates for artists in NYC

A 7% administrative fee of the gross amount of each Charitable Contribution and Granted Funds contributed to Unique on behalf of fiscally sponsored artists, and an annual fee of $100 due upon signing and July 1 of each subsequent term.
