Back Office grew out of Pentacle’s experience with Help Desk, and addressed the critical lack of direct affordable administrative and executive support for small and mid-sized dance organizations by providing participants with a part-time Managing Director.

Pentacle ran a 2.5-year research project designed to test the efficacy of bundled administrative support services and mentorship in addition to monetary funds on two cohorts of artists who were transitioning from early to mid-career. Using the findings of ART, The Gallery evolved into Administrative Support Program (ASP), an infrastructure support service that allows artists to select and bundle a variety of services and opportunities to support their individual needs and goals.

Financial Urgent Care was designed specifically to assist artistic entities through extraordinary circumstances. The program is best suited for artistic entities whose finances or financial practices need an expert’s eye to enable them to form a solid foundation on which to build their artistic entities.
