Presented by the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, Raphael Xavier‘s “artful and mesmerizing” (Dance Magazine) work titled The Unofficial Guide to Audience Watching Performance will be shown on November 14th and 15th in Burlington, Vermont. Raphael Xavier’s work focuses on his three decade history with the hip hop aesthetic, interchanging thoughtful monologue of his own poetry and lyrics with street dance in a way that “captivates with the impassioned lyrical delivery of a hip-hop artist” (Philadelphia Inquirer). Performances are at 8pm on November 14th and 15th.
